Eurostar has teamed up with Sherpr to offer Luggage Buddy: a door-to-door luggage delivery service.
We will collect your luggage, boxes, bike, sports equipment and more from your chosen pickup location and deliver it directly to your final destination, between the UK, France, Belgium and the Netherlands and over 200 countries worldwide.
Established in 2017, Sherpr have delivered over 50,000 boxes and pieces of luggage, so your items will be in the safest of hands.

- How does it work?
- Your luggage will be collected from home by a courier and delivered directly to your chosen destination. Domestic deliveries are next-day, and international deliveries take a little longer as they must clear customs. If you are sending internationally, you'll need to complete a customs form in your Sherpr account after placing your order.
- International luggage delivery
- If you're travelling by Eurostar, or by any other mode of transport, skip check-in queues, baggage reclaim and any of the other hassle related to bringing your luggage. We can deliver to over 200 countries worldwide so you can use the service wherever you are headed.

Same-day service for groups
Are you booking for a group that needs their luggage collected and delivered on the same day?
We offer a dedicated group luggage transfer service between all European and UK destinations. Your group's luggage is collected from the hotel, train station, airport or other chosen location and delivered directly to your destination.
The service is priced per vehicle not per item. Our standard vehicle is a Sprinter van (capacity 1000kg / 40-50 pieces of luggage) but we can provide larger vehicles if required.
